Pleasant service counter staff. Though probably because they know your being robbed with the late insurance cost at the counter! Then when you get your credit card bill, you get extra tax on that too! Be vigilant!

Europcar Innsbruck was so nice to give me a scratched rental car at the start of the rental. One would assume no issues in cases like that. However to my surprise the friendly criminals of Europcar charged me 300 quid for a ew scratch\ that they had found on the car. The new damage was surprisingly close to the existing previous damage and Europcar must have overlooked it at the inspection of the car before my car rental. Lovely. Please avoid this company and use normal rental agencies that believe in customer service and do not rip off their customers......

Rented a car trough traveling agency with europcar. Due to delay flight almost couldnt get the car because they said they were officially closed on saterday after 13.00! They than charged 54 euros extra for getting us the car. BETRÜGER.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE CAR FROM EUROPCAR INNSBRUCK AIRPORT without reading the contract carefully, so, there are chances of being cheated on 100's EUR. We rented a car from Europcar Innsbruck Airport on 31/1 - 7/2 2017. When we picked up the car asked the customer recipient us if we wanted to purchase additional insurance premium protection package. We said no tanks to the very expensive insurance of EUR 25 per day which is 1/3 of the total rental cost. Europcar took a deposit of 900 EUR as security and it was then from my MasterCard card completely under the conditions of the agreement. I then wrote to the contract with Eurpocar and was sure that it was what we agreed on, unfortunately, I missed that customer receiver even though we declined the extra insurance added it to the agreement. Conclusion. This is, as I see it, an elaborate way to cheat on their customers. If it were so that we had accepted this extra insurance would Europcar's taken payment for the insurance directly to the 31/1 instead of as now wait 10 days to withdraw the money from the MasterCard card and send the receipt to Sweden. Europcar Innsbruck Airport bother not about responding to customers' request on how it could be like this.

Cheat with extra 100 Euro surcharge for undisclosed reason. Do not rent your car here. They dont bother to reply you either.
